His primary academic interest lies at the intersection of Biology and Physics, with a particular focus on understanding the quantum processes in the human brain. Before joining Ashoka, Deepanshu was pursuing a BTech at Thapar University in Patiala, but he took a drop to follow his passion at Ashoka. Beyond his academic pursuits, Deepanshu has worked as a Teaching Assistant for the Lodha Genius Programme, where he was responsible for ensuring the smooth conduction of various science courses and organizing events. He is also a regional representative for the south-east, south, and pacific regions at the UN Major Group for Children and Youth. In addition, Deepanshu served as an impact analyst for the Dani Sports Foundation, where he designed and implemented qualitative methods to analyze the outcomes of Project Chhalaang. In his free time, he volunteers as a teacher at eVidyaloka and is currently involved in Project BRAIN.
